Welcome to Tennessee (Dreamin)! Join the team to make a safe haven for animals, kids and our military veterans.
Hi! So my story goes like this… I joined the US Navy back in 1993, since getting out in 1997, I stumbled across an opportunity to make Malibu California home. Fast forward 22 years later, I’ve decided to get back to my roots. So, I packed up my life of 27 years to leave the City of Angles for some Southern hospitality in the Smoky Mountains. I purchased some land with a beautiful log home, a wood shop, and a two-person outhouse (nicknamed the "Doubler"). There's a pond for fishing, animals visiting daily, and endless things to do outside. Let’s plant trees, grow a garden, rescue animals, raise some honey bees and take in all that homesteading has to offer. With all the above this is a place that Animals (Wild, Domestic, and/or Farm), Kids, and Military Veterans can enjoy and feel safe. So, if you like how-to’s, animals, and good o’Southern hospitality then come along, sit back, relax and enjoy the show. You’re part of this journey too. Thank you in advance for your support.
Mission Statement: To save the old ways of yesteryear, the Heritage of the forgotten past. With that responsibility includes helping animals, kids, and veterans. A place that shares the old ways with others and they can find safety and peace back here in the Holler. – Dallas Short
