Born and raised in the suburbs of New Jersey, and now based in central Florida, Tanya Wheelock has a theatrical history spanning more than twenty years. Tanya has performed at multiple regional theatres in New Jersey and Florida since she began acting in 2000. A regular performer at Universal Orlando Resort, she is no stranger to performing for audiences from all walks of life and all over the world.
Tanya has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre with a concentration in Acting from Centenary University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Beyond her degree, she has studied and honed her skills extensively. Tanya's studies have included improv at SAK Comedy Lab, on-screen acting under The Walking Dead's Jordan Woods-Robinson, Acting Through Song with Judy Kuhn, and voice-over under Richard Tatum, Mick Wingert, and Steve Blum.
Tanya co-starred as a Ravager in Marvel Studio's WHAT IF...? and featured as Rachel in the Indie thriller UNSHELTERED. She has also partnered with Will Phillips, developing and co- writing the sci-fi podcast series THE MOONSTRUCK. Her short films BETTER USES FOR THE INFINITY GAUNTLET: A SUPER SATIRE and FREE PUDDING played the festival circuit in the United States and Internationally in 2019 and 2020
