- Investigating and reporting: on human rights violations and issuing reports about them to raise public awareness and pressure the Yemeni government to take corrective measures.
- Use technology to collect and analyze evidence, by carrying out a series of creative solutions that depend on adapting and developing new technologies.
- Gain public support and condemn violations.
- Advocacy, pressure, and work to influence policies and laws at the local government level and international bodies to protect the weakest and most vulnerable people.
- Education, awareness, and educating individuals and communities about their rights and how to defend them.
- Providing legal and litigation support and adopting human rights cases in the courts to ensure justice and equality.
- Providing training and other services related to occupational safety and health, security and protection, emergency management, and environmental studies and assessments.
The NFHR provided training and other services related to occupational safety and health, security and protection, emergency management, and environmental studies and assessments. These are performed by local and international trainers, in strict compliance with national regulations. The NFHR aims to further strengthen and train disaster first responders on floods, earthquakes and other hazards.
During the period: April 2007 – June, 2024, the NFHR worked on implementing (35) projects and programs targeting (22) Yemeni governorates, In addition, the National Forum (NFHR) is a member of a number of societies and networks of justice advocates around the world, and is linked to international cooperation relations with 3,097 organizations and 11,886 individuals in 170 countries.
