Mike Gianoni is the President and CEO of Blackbaud, a premier SaaS company driving cloud innovation for nonprofits, educational institutions, and socially responsible organizations globally. As a first-generation American from Bristol, Connecticut, Mike's journey into technology began in high school and blossomed into a career spanning IT, financial services, cloud computing, and business transformation. Since taking the helm at Blackbaud in 2014, he has led the company to significant achievements, including recognition as a Fortune Change the World Company and a Forbes Most Innovative Growth Company. Mike has also successfully transitioned Blackbaud to a remote-first workplace, establishing it as a sought-after tech employer. He is chairman of the Board of Directors for Teradata and has held influential roles at Fiserv, CheckFree Investment Services, and DST. Mike's dedication to social impact extends to supporting animal welfare and veteran causes, and he serves on the board of the International African American Museum. With degrees in engineering and business, an MBA, and an Honorary Doctorate from the University of New Haven, Mike resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his family, where he enjoys sailing and motorcycling along the U.S. coastline, driven by his belief in the transformative power of technology.
