Daniel was born into real estate. Raised in Massapequa, he has an intimate knowledge of the South Shore. At 26 years old he has managed to build a business with enough momentum to push himself far beyond the rest. In 2018, he was recognized by Douglas Elliman, that he is a “Rising Star” worth investing in and molding to become the next generation of top agents running the company. In 2019, Daniel received the “Leading Edge” award for his Gross Commissions Earned. This is based on his yearly business production. With this award, he became one of the Top Producers within his office, located in Massapequa. In 2020, Daniel received the “Top 20 under 40” award, from the Long Island Board of Realtors. This award named him one of the top 20 agents under 40 years old, for all of long island, including every different real estate brokerage. Coming from a household of business, Daniel’s mother Elaine Patterson, has been a Top Broker on the South Shore for over 20 years. She has mentored and shared her wealth of experience with him. Where other agents take a career lifetime to accumulate that experience, he was born and raised in it. Grossing approx. $8.1mil annually in combined home sales. He has also acquired a Bachelors Degree specializing in Business Marketing from Old Westbury College. From traditional marketing techniques, to reaching out to his 5,000 + sphere of influence on his business social media accounts, or reaching the newer generation of buyers.
