Coalesce Blue is an award-winning, Albuquerque based variety band formed by Lexy Marquez and Ray J Thomas that performs both original music, and cover songs.

With over 10+ years of musical experience, an extensive background of cultural and musical influences; as well as, the additions of renowned musicians Ric Wilson (bass, backing vocals) and Ken Broyles (drums) the band exudes an energy onstage which has been described as “a quintessential vibe of Mother Earth's ancient tribes that later melded with the cowboys and miners that later stumbled onto Sacred Land, all while being unapologetically genuine with their fashion, their music, and their love of others. In February 2024, Coalesce Blue released their debut album “A Different Shade Of Blue” featuring 9 original songs and 1 cover song that they recorded and produced at Empty House Studios in Albuquerque, NM.

Coalesce Blue performs 2-3 times a week within the ABQ metro area, as well as Rio Rancho, Corrales, and Los Lunas. From breweries and restaurants, to house shows, festivals, and private events; the band proves time and again that they are true professionals that captivate all ages with their one-of-a-kind presence and love of music and humanity.
